Alkeme Health is a platform designed to provide the Black community with essential wellness tools for empowerment, healing, inspiration, and thriving. It aims to improve generational health by addressing historically unaddressed issues such as intergenerational trauma, systemic racism, anxiety, and microaggressions. The platform features curated courses and meditations from Black practitioners and respected wellness experts, including psychology and mindfulness.

While many mental health apps focus solely on meditation, Alkeme offers a unique approach by pairing Waves, which are guided meditations and audio therapies, with Labs led by Black therapists. Recognizing that managing one's mental health is an ongoing journey, Alkeme strives to provide as many paths as possible to support users.
On Your Time. On Your Terms.
Alkeme allows users to hold space for their healing when they're ready. The platform regularly releases new Labs and Waves modules that can be consumed at one's own pace. This curated experience is designed to accommodate the demands of everyday life.

While Alkeme Labs and Waves can be beneficial to anyone, it is specifically curated with the unique stresses faced by Black individuals in mind. The aim is to address the high rates of untreated chronic stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety experienced within the Black community. Alkeme has assembled a team of expert Black therapists who approach these topics through the lens of the Black experience.

To access all the features and content, you can subscribe to Alkeme: Black Mental Health on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription available within the app. The pricing may vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each cycle.
